How long do coffee beans stay fresh?
The first 2–6 weeks after roasting are the best period for whole bean coffee. Archeo Coffee beans are roasted after your order and packed in degassing-valve bags 24 hours after roasting. Store the unopened bag in a cool, dry, dark place and use it within 2–3 weeks of opening.
